Salsa + Guacamole on Raw Onion Bread

This is a go-to recipe for me. It's beyond simple, takes about 5 minutes and best of all it's bursting with nutrients. Here it is:

Ingredients and Instructions


Salsa:
  • 8 cherry tomatoes
  • a bunch of coriander leaves
  • half a red onion
  • half a lime
  • salt + pepper
  1. Chop all the tomatoes and the onion to very small pieces and pop into a bowl
  2. Add chopped coriander
  3. Squeeze in the lime juice and season
  4. (add a little chopped chilli if you like)

Guacamole:
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • half a lime
  • 1 small glove of crushed garlic
  • salt + pepper
  1. Mash the avocado on a plate
  2. Add the garlic and lime juice and season to your liking
Smother your favourite bread with all the guacamole spoon the salsa on top. Simple + Delicious + Nourishing.  (I use Raw Vegan Onion Bread from Pura Vida in this picture)
